Forward Outlook Emails to Your Help Desk Account

Follow the steps below to forward all emails from Outlook to your new helpdesk inbox.

1. Sign in to with your outlook email address.
2. Click the Options icon and then click Options.
3. Click Email forwarding.
4. Select Forward your mail to another email account.
5. Enter the email address name generated by Webradesk when you completed the add-ticket-source phase.
6. If you want, select Keep a copy of forwarded messages in your Outlook inbox,
and then click Save.
